Lobbyists
| |
| This
form is used to register as a lobbyist in the Executive
Branch. It must be filed before any lobbying occurs.
A new registration must be filed each calendar year.
See Iowa Code section 68B.36 and rule 351 – 8.7. |

This
form is used to change information originally provided
on the lobbyist registration for the Executive Branch.
See Iowa Code section 68B.36 and rule 351 – 8.7(5).

This
form must be filed quarterly, at the end of the month
following the end of the calendar quarter (for example,
the first quarter report is due no later than April
30 covering January through March). See Iowa Code section
68B.37 and rule 351 – 8.8. |

This
form allows exemption from lobbyist reporting under
certain circumstances. See instructions on form. See
Iowa Code section 68B.37 and rule 351 – 8.8(5). |
|
This
form must be filed when an Executive Branch lobbyist
will no longer be lobbying on behalf of all clients,
employers, or causes. A final Periodic Lobbyist Report
must be filed on the normal due date or within fifteen
days after cancellation, whichever is earlier.

This
form must be filed by the sponsor of afunction during
the regular legislative session when all 150 legislators
are invited and the gift law does not apply. The form
must be filed within 5 business days of the function
date with the legislative branch who then makes copies
available to the Board. See
Iowa Code section 68B.22(4)"r." |
Clients
|
This
report must be filed by the lobbyist's client annually
by July 31. The covered period is July 1 of the preceding
year through June 30 of the current year. See Iowa Code
section 68B.38 and rule 351 – 8.9. |
