ELECTRONIC FILING

Effective January 1, 2010, all statements and reports filed by new committees for state office must be filed electronically. Effective January 1, 2012, all statements and reports filed by all committees for state office must be filed electronically. Effective May 1, 2010, all statements and reports filed by state parties and state PACs must be filed electronically. Effective January 1, 2011, all VSR forms filed by Out-of-State & Federal PACs must be electronically filed. Effective January 1, 2011, all county central committee statements and reports must be filed electronically. Effective Janaury 1, 2011, all statements and reports filed by county, city, school, and other political subdivision committees exceeding $2,000 in campaign activities must be filed electronically.
