Agency Reporting of Gifts and Bequests

 

Pursuant to Iowa Code section 8.7 an agency other than a Regents University that receives a gift or bequest shall file a report disclosing information concerning the gift or bequest. This includes the Governor accepting a gift on behalf of the state.

*Effective July 1, 2008, agencies no longer report grants to the Board.
