State Candidate Information
This page contains information of interest for candidates running for a Statewide office.
Effective January 1, 2010, all statements and reports filed by new committees for state office must be filed electronically and effective January 1, 2012, all statements and reports filed by all committees for state office must be filed electronically. Effective December 23, 2009, personal financial disclosure reports must be filed electronically.
The next campaign disclosure report for candidates on the 2012 ballot is due May 19, 2012 and covers January 1, 2012 to May 14, 2012.
(NOTE: Mandatory electronic filers must submit the report by 4:30.)
Candidates: You are the only person who receives reminders and/or notifications from the Board. However, we will email a courtesy copy to your treasurer if you provide us with an email address.
