On June 25, 2004, the Governor issued Executive Order #36 to reduce the prior cut from 2.5 percent to 2.25 percent. The state aid reductions in school district foundation aid, AEA special education support services foundation aid, and instructional support have been provided by Lisa Oakley, Department of Management.
