In order to ensure that homeless children and youth have access to education and other services needed to ensure opportunities to the State’s challenging Academic Standards.

(a) the grade levels that were identified by your district for statewide
assessment purposes in reading and mathematics; (b) the number of homeless
children and youth served by the McKinney subgrant in 2003-2004 that were
identified by your school district and included in statewide assessments in
reading and mathematics, and (c) the number of homeless children/youth that met
or exceeded the State’s proficiency level or standard.
