Success4 Implementation Study Report

The intent of Success4 as a statewide initiative is to increase the
capacities of Iowa schools, families, and communities to meet the social,
emotional, intellectual, and behavioral needs of all children and youth.
The 1998-99 school year was a planning year in schools and communities
across the state of Iowa. The 1999-2000 school year has been the first
year of implementation. The purpose of this research project was to study
the implementation efforts at a representative sample of sites, complete
case study reports for each of the sites, and then write this cross-case
analysis.
