Iowa Youth Survey Administration Training

Below is the schedule for training in the administration of the 2005 Iowa Youth Survey. In order to ensure that all students taking the survey are given the same instructions in the same way and that passive parent consent is handled in ways that are in compliance with Federal law, all districts are requested to send their contact person for Iowa Youth Survey administration to one of the training sessions. Participants may attend any training session that is convenient for them. We also encourage community partners to attend the training along with persons from local school districts. Participating districts will receive registration information at a later date.

A copy of the training manual will be posted on this web site. Please download it when it is posted and bring it to the training.

	2005 Iowa Youth Survey Instructions Manual
	The 2005 Instruction Manual for the Iowa Youth Survey provides school districts with guidance for administering the Iowa Youth Survey in the fall of 2005. District coordinators should download this manual and provide instructions to each person in a district who will be administering the survey. If you are planning to attend the LEA Coordinaotr Training via the ICN on May 11 or May 20, please download a copy of this document and bring it to the ICN session.
